Position: HR Manager

Department: Human Resources

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–4+ Years preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Plan and manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Lead employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, and employee benefits.
• Develop and implement HR policies and workplace procedures.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
• Monitor employee performance and support performance-management processes.
• Coordinate employee training, development, and engagement activities.
• Ensure HR documentation and processes follow applicable company policies and employment requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Supervise and guide HR executives and other HR team members.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Team management and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Professional approach to handling confidential information.

Pay: ₹15,673.39 - ₹24,676.87 per month
