Qualification: MBA in HR
Gender: Male / Female – Both Can Apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations.
• Handle recruitment, interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline and productivity.
• Conduct employee induction, training and development activities.
• Implement company HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attendance and attrition.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/HR software.
• Ability to manage HR activities independently.
