Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment & hiring

• Handle and guide the HR/recruitment team
• Manage employee coordination & engagement
• Monitor HR operations and daily activities
• Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions
• Maintain HR records, reports & documentation
• Ensure smooth employee onboarding and coordination

What We’re Looking For: Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Relevant experience in HR/recruitment
Team management and leadership skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Target-oriented and result-focused approach
