HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Spare Parts, and Support functions.
• Handle joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
• Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, salary-related coordination, and HRMS updates.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities.
• Monitor employee performance, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Ensure timely completion of joining, exit, and full & final formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR reports.
• Coordinate with management and payroll teams for salary processing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, PT, and other HR regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Support training, induction, employee development, and retention initiatives.
• Prepare regular HR MIS and manpower reports for management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
