- Employee onboarding & documentation
- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Employee relations & grievance handling
- HR policies & statutory compliance
- Training, engagement & performance management
- HR MIS & employee records
Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR MIS & payroll
- Strong communication and employee-handling skills
- Automobile/Retail/Service industry experience preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
