HR Manager

Asia SS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer and turnkey kitchen solutions provider. We are looking for an HR Executive to support recruitment, employee administration and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and candidate coordination.
• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate attendance, leave and payroll-related activities.
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR administration.
• Manage joining and exit formalities.
• Coordinate statutory compliance activities.
• Support recruitment drives and interview scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
• Support management in HR and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications

• MBA / PG Diploma / Graduate in Human Resources.
• 1–4 years of experience in HR and administration.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
