Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to oversee human resource operations at our two-wheeler automotive dealership. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automotive industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisal processes.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and prepare periodic HR reports.
• Support manpower planning and ensure adequate staffing across departments.
• Work closely with management to align HR practices with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in the two-wheeler automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
