What they need
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the dealership.
- Manage attendance, leave, LOP and employee records.
- Coordinate recruitment and ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Conduct employee probation confirmation and performance follow-ups.
- Coordinate with department heads and management on manpower and employee-related matters.
- Support audits and ensure proper maintenance of HR documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
