HR Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and people‑oriented HR Manager to IMMEDIATELY join our growing team. This role requires strong expertise in HR generalist functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, discipline and grievances, payroll administration, and government compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both employees and management while ensuring adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Admin and Human Resources Team and oversee end‑to‑end HR generalist functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives and disciplinary processes with fairness and integrity.
• Ensure accurate payroll administration and compliance with government regulations.
• Provide guidance on labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with management and line managers to support organizational goals and workforce development.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• At least seven (7) years of HR generalist experience, with two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role (preferably within the accounting industry).
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Available for IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT and able to report on‑site at the Makati Head Office, Mondays through Fridays
