HR MANAGER

Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation and termination.

Oversea payroll, CPF, leave, attendance, overtime, benefits and employee records.

Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace investigations.

Prepare employment contracts, warning letters, termination letters and other HR documentation.

Advise Management and department Heads on HR policies and employee matters.

Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM requirements and relevant employment regulations.

Manage work pass applications, renewals ad foreign manpower matters

Review and implement HR policies, SOPs and Employee Handbook, Coordinate performance appraisals, salary reviews, training and staff development.

Liaise with MOM, TADM and relevant authorities when required

Support manpower planning and other HT initiatives
