We're Hiring: HR & Recruitment Manager | Almerio Defence and Aerospace LLP | Panchkula

Almerio Defence and Aerospace LLP is an indigenous defence technology company building blast-safe munitions storage, modular indoor shooting ranges, and smart weapon management systems. We are an iDEX awardee and a DPIIT-recognised startup with granted patents, and we work with the Indian Army, Navy and DRDO. As we grow, we're looking for an HR leader to build the team behind our mission.

Role: HR & Recruitment Manager Location: Head Office, 354, Phase 2 Industrial Area, Panchkula Experience: 5+ years in HR, recruitment and administration, ideally in engineering, manufacturing or defence

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, R&D, project, IT and business roles
• Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, campuses and referrals
• Manage onboarding, offer and appointment letters, and joining formalities
• Process monthly payroll and disburse salaries on time, including attendance and leave inputs, deductions and statutory payments (PF, ESI, TDS)
• Coordinate between employees, departments, project sites and management, and handle employee queries and grievances
• Run back-office operations, including records and documentation, filing, correspondence, vendor and accounts coordination, office administration and procurement of office supplies
• Support day-to-day administrative and other office work as assigned by management
• Build HR policies, performance systems and a strong workplace culture
• Ensure statutory compliance and background verification suited to a defence-sector company

What we're looking for

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
• Proven experience hiring technical and engineering talent
• Hands-on experience with payroll, HR administration and back-office work
• Strong communication, coordination and people skills
• Working knowledge of Indian labour laws, MS Office and HR/payroll software
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
