HR Manager

Group HR Manager oversees the human resources function across all subsidiaries within the group. This role focuses on driving strategic alignment, standardizing HR frameworks, and ensuring statutory compliance. Balancing overarching policies with the company's operational needs to foster organizational growth, synergy, and talent development.

Job Responsibility:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies that support organisational objectives and ensure legal compliance
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding of new employees
3. Oversee employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution
4. Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, competencies and career progression
5. Manage compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitiveness and fairness across the organisation
6. Maintain accurate HR records, documentation and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment legislation and company policies
7. Support subordinates with people management guidance and HR best practices
8. Implement employee engagement programmes and foster a positive workplace culture
9. Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
2. 5-8 years of HR management experience in a corporate or industrial environment
3. Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian employment law and labour regulations
4. Experience in manufacturing or technology sectors is preferred
