HR MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee overall HR and manpower operations, including recruitment, deployment, and employee relations.
• Manage manpower requirements and coordinate with clients regarding staffing needs.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, discipline, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure proper deployment, replacement, and retention of manpower.
• Supervise HR and Recruitment teams and monitor their performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
• Handle employee and client concerns professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and monitor HR, manpower, and compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years of HR/manpower management experience, preferably in a manpower or staffing company.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and Philippine labor laws.
• Experience in recruitment, deployment, employee relations, and client coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
