HR Manager – HR Compliance & Labour Laws

Job Responsibilities

• Handle HR compliance as per applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus and other applicable regulations
• Maintain statutory registers, records, employee files and compliance documentation
• Manage payroll-related compliance and ensure timely statutory deductions and payments
• Handle labour law compliance, audits, inspections and notices from government authorities
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies and HR procedures
• Prepare and submit statutory returns within prescribed timelines
• Manage employee joining, documentation, attendance, leave and exit formalities
• Draft and maintain HR policies, appointment letters, agreements and other employment documents
• Coordinate with consultants, legal advisors and government departments on compliance matters
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and implement required changes in the organization
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and applicable laws
• Support management during labour disputes, audits and legal compliance matters
• Ensure compliance with workplace requirements such as POSH and other applicable employee welfare regulations

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
