Neofair Salons is looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to build a strong team, manage employee needs, and support the growth of our salon business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong salon team
• Handle employee attendance, performance, and HR records
• Develop employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Manage HR policies, discipline, and workplace concerns
• Support training and professional development
• Work closely with management on HR and staffing requirements

Requirements

• Experience in HR management or recruitment
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee relations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Previous experience in the salon, beauty, retail, or service industry is an advantage
