HR MANAGER

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee the company’s human resources functions and support management in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and payroll.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes to meet business needs.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage training and development activities, including HRD Corp matters.
• Monitor employee performance and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and provide HR advice to management.
• Support management in workforce planning and other HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
