HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Managing base salaries, processing payroll, and administering benefits like health insurance and retirement plans
• Overseeing regular employee reviews, setting goals, and helping staff improve their work performance.
• Writing, updating, and enforcing clear company rules and guidelines.
