HR Manager

Job Summary

Web India Branding & Marketing Private Limited is looking for a responsible and hands-on HR Manager to independently manage the company's HR operations, including recruitment, employee management, performance monitoring, HR policies, and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to establish structured HR processes, maintain workplace discipline, and foster a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
• Implement HR policies, company rules, and employee discipline.
• Monitor employee performance, KPIs, and appraisal processes.
• Handle employee grievances, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning and employee development.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an IT or service-based company.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR management tools.
• Ability to manage HR operations independently.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
