Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws such as PF, ESIC, and other relevant regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee salaries and benefits.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for industrial relations to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with plant management to resolve any issues related to production planning or staffing.
