HR Manager

Position: HR Statutory / HR Compliance Executive
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR statutory and labour law compliance activities.
• Maintain and ensure timely compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and required documentation within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate employee statutory records and compliance registers.
• Coordinate with government departments, labour authorities, and external consultants when required.
• Support labour law inspections, audits, and statutory verification.
• Monitor changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure necessary updates in company processes.
• Coordinate with payroll and HR teams to ensure statutory deductions and contributions are accurate.
• Maintain proper documentation for employee onboarding, exits, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare compliance reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance across applicable company locations and establishments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR Statutory / HR Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Practical experience in PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and related compliances.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR/payroll systems.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage statutory deadlines independently.

Preferred: Experience handling statutory compliance for a multi-location organization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
