Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage the company's HR operations and workforce of 500+ employees across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and day-to-day HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, and related procedures.
• Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment requirements with department heads.
• Manage employee documentation, visas, work permits, and related HR processes.
• Leading a 4 person HR team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a similar HR role.
• Experience managing 500+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Arabic language is desirable.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
