HR Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions and deliver HR support to business units in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland, Taiwan and Singapore.
• Partner with business managers on workforce planning, recruitment and retention to build a strong talent pool for business development.
• Provide integrated people-management support including advice on performance, rewards and disciplinary matters.
• Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Coordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle and produce summary reports.
• Plan and organise employee engagement activities that promote team spirit and sense of belonging.
• Collaborate with external providers to design and deliver training programs that enhance workforce competency and capability.
• Support job grading administration and salary benchmarking.
• Administer the HRIS, lead enhancements to the system and office automation workflows.
• Undertake ad hoc duties in HR and administration as assigned.
• Occasional business travel is required.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related disciplines.
• A minimum of five years’ relevant experience at supervisory level, preferably in a sizeable organization.
• Sound knowledge on Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and China labour-related laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in HRIS implementation and administration.
• Fluent in Chinese including Putonghua and English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and good at numbers.
• Independent, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to lead people-related changes.
