PLANT HR MANAGER
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Hingna MIDC, Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle end-to-end HR operations at plant
* Manage labour relations, workforce discipline & employee engagement
* Ensure compliance with Factory Act & labour laws
* Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity & Contract Labour compliance
* Liaise with Pollution Control Board
* Coordinate with government authorities, inspections & audits
* Manage staffing, attendance, payroll coordination & contract labour
* Maintain a safe, compliant & productive work environment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience in manufacturing / steel casting / heavy industry
* Strong knowledge of labour matters & statutory compliance
* Experience with Pollution Control Board compliance
* Strong people management & conflict resolution skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
