HR Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity

• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits and performance management

• knowledge of government-mandated benefitsand statutory compliance

• Strong leadership, communication,organizational and problem-solving skills

• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, HRIS experience is a advantage

PREFERRED

• Experience in handling DOLE-related concerns and labor cases

• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and systems

• Experience in managing an HR team

• HRIS/payroll system experience

Strong background in employee relations and compliance.
