HR Manager

As a Human Resources Manager at RL Jewels, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your focus will be on building a motivated, skilled, and ethical workforce to support our continued growth and uphold our legacy of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in jewellery manufacturing, sales, and designing.
• Administer onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and attendance.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Support organizational change and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or jewelry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS software (preferred).
• Knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ethical judgment.
