HR Manager :

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's business objectives.

· Oversee performance evaluation systems.

· Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams
• Design employees’ compensation and benefits packages
• Define onboarding procedures in alignment with our company culture

Determine training plans per employee and department

· Manage the HR department budget and monitor related expenses.

· Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed

· Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives

· Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues

Job Requirements

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in an HR Manager or Team Leader role.

· Strong knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle

· In-depth knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations

· Experience using HRIS and payroll systems

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Pay: E£7,947.80 - E£39,059.31 per month
