HR Manager

Duties and Responsibilities Include

· Develop, implement, and monitor HR techniques and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

· Responsible for the formulation, improvement and implementation of company policies, programs, approved plans and procedures relative to personnel, HR development and training to promote organizational effectiveness of all employees.

· Responsible for recruitment, personnel records and information systems, performance management and other activities involving employee relations.

· Listen to employee concerns, handle investigation of employee issues and conflicts, and conduct proper disciplinary procedures.

· Ensure all company practices comply with all local employment laws and other legal requirements.

· Monitors performance evaluation and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

· With strong organizational and time management skills and ability to plan and complete work within given timeline

· Excellent communication skills and demonstrated good problem solving, research and analytical skills to identify issues and provide solutions

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management or related studies

· With at least five (5) years of working experience in the Human Resources and logistics field

· Outstanding knowledge in HR policies and procedures and the Labor Code of the Philippines

· With substantial experience in all facets of Human Resources such as Recruitment and Training, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits and Wage and Salary Administration
