HR Manager

About the role

Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations. Develop and implement HR systems, SOPs, and organizational structure to support scalable growth. Establish and enforce performance evaluation or KPI frameworks. Design and execute training & development programs to improve team capability and performance.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in HR
• Proven experience in building HR systems, SOPs, KPI and organizational structures
• Possesses a business mindset, not limited to administrative HR functions
• Strong leadership with clear, firm, and effective communication, and the ability to make decisions
