HR Manager

We are an established and growing company operating multiple casual dining restaurant brands. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Manager who can strengthen our HR operations and ensure our restaurants and corporate teams have the people they need to perform.

Strong sourcing, recruitment, and manpower planning capabilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate can anticipate staffing requirements, build reliable candidate pipelines, and deliver timely hiring across multiple locations while maintaining hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall HR operations for our restaurant brands and corporate teams.
• Work closely with Operations and department heads to develop manpower plans, prioritize vacancies, and ensure timely deployment of qualified personnel.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for restaurant operations, management positions, and corporate roles, including high-volume hiring.
• Proactively expand sourcing channels and build candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offers, onboarding, and deployment.
• Track recruitment progress, vacancy aging, time to fill, and early employee turnover, and take action to address gaps.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
• Develop and improve HR policies, systems, procedures, and standards suited to a growing restaurant organization.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and applicable government regulations
• Lead and develop the HR team, with clear responsibilities, service standards, and accountability for delivery.
• Maintain close coordination with restaurant operations and regularly visit stores to understand staffing and employee concerns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR managerial or leadership role, preferably in restaurants, F&B, hospitality, retail, or another service industry operating multiple branches.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruitment, and manpower planning. Experience with high-volume hiring across multiple locations is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and Philippine labor laws.
• Resourcefulness in developing recruitment channels and attracting qualified candidates.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, organized approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Willing and able to report regularly to our locations on East Service Road, Taguig, and Merville, Parañaque, and visit restaurant branches as required.What We Offer
