Development of HR SOPs & programs
HR operations & compliance (labor law, BPJS)
Employee engagement & HR analytics
What we’re looking for:
8-10 years of HR experience, including minimum 2 years as an HR Manager
Background in KAP / professional services is a strong advantage
Strong in organizational development, talent management, and HR operations
Fluent in English
