HR Manager

About the role

HR Manager responsible for managing human resources across 3 diverse business units:

1. Cside & Subscrub (medical scrubs brand),
2. CYN Medical Digital Agency (medical digital agency)
3. Varinpat Clinic (beauty clinic).

You will handle comprehensive HR functions across recruitment, payroll, compliance, and strategic HR development for all three entities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan workforce and manage recruitment from job posting to offer stage for all 3 business units
• Recruit across diverse roles including medical/nursing staff, creative-digital marketing, online sales teams, and warehouse teams
• Manage onboarding, employee documentation, employment contracts, and all entry-exit processes
• Handle payroll calculations for all 3 business units including overtime, commissions, bonuses, leave deductions, taxes, and social security
• Develop and update salary structures and benefits to ensure consistency across the group
• Oversee workplace regulations, labour relations, and compliance with labour laws
• Establish performance evaluation systems (KPI/OKR), career paths, and annual training plans
• Create standardised HR SOPs to support expansion of new business units
• Prepare monthly HR dashboards and reports for management

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Law, Psychology, or related field
• 5-8 years of HR work experience with at least 2 years at supervisor/manager level
• Complete experience in HRM, HRD, and Payroll
• Strong understanding of labour protection laws and social security
• Able to calculate salaries and withholding taxes independently
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for practical use and HR/Payroll software
• Strong communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and prioritise tasks when managing multiple business units simultaneously
