HR Manager

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

* Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.

* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

* Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.

* Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.

* Conduct performance appraisals and support employee development programs.

* Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

* Coordinate employee welfare and engagement activities.

* Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records.

* Support management in workforce planning and HR strategy.

Required Skills:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good leadership and decision-making abilities.

* Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR policies.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
