HR Manager

• Manage daily HR and administrative operations.
• Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening and interview arrangements.
• Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records.
• Prepare HR documents, letters and other employment-related documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle general office administration and staff-related matters.
• Liaise with government agencies and relevant parties on HR and administrative matters.
• Support management in various HR and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with basic HR and administrative procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Candidates with relevant HR & Admin experience will be an added advantage.
