HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process for retail staff.
• Handle manpower planning and ensure adequate staffing across stores.
• Coordinate interviews, employee onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and related matters.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance evaluations.
• Support employee training, development, and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Manage staff transfers, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
• Work closely with store managers and senior management on HR-related matters.
• Prepare regular HR reports related to manpower, attendance, attrition, and recruitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
• 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to handle multiple stores/locations and a large workforce.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
