HR Manager

About the Role

Meridian IT Solutions is a technology company offering software development, ERP, CRM, HRMS, cloud and digital transformation services. We are looking for a proactive, mature HR Manager to independently run HR operations, strengthen our hiring and help build a high-performing workplace culture. You will report to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, marketing and admin roles, and build a strong talent pipeline
• Handle daily HR operations: employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, onboarding and exit formalities
• Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance team
• Implement KPIs/KRAs, appraisals and performance improvement plans
• Handle employee relations, grievances, engagement and retention initiatives
• Plan induction, training and skill-development programmes
• Ensure labour law, PF, ESI and POSH compliance, and develop HR policies and SOPs
• Maintain the HRMS and prepare weekly/monthly HR reports (hiring, attendance, attrition)

Requirements

• MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
• Minimum 4 years+ of HR experience, including recruitment and HR operations
• Experience in IT, software or SaaS companies preferred
• Working knowledge of Indian labour laws
• Experience with HRMS tools and MS Excel
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Integrity, confidentiality and strong decision-making

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
