Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager with 2–3 years of relevant HR experience to manage daily human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.

* Manage performance appraisal and employee development activities.

* Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

* Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.

* Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

* Prepare HR reports and provide HR-related recommendations to management.

* Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs.

Requirements

* MBA in Human Resources / HRM is mandatory.

* Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.

* Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations.

* Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.

* Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, and HRMS/HR software.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
