HR Manager

About the role

Overseeing full spectrum of HR activities including HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits, Statutory/Regulatory Reporting, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Employee Work Pass matters.

Key responsibilities

• Work with business units and employees in providing value-adding advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage talents
• Lead and execute HR Operations to ensure all processes are delivered in compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations
• Manage daily HR operations and provide guidance on appropriate handling of non-routine transactions as required
• Recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery and employee experience
• Oversee the maintenance of HR Information System (HRIS) and work with vendor to ensure system optimization
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and rectify issues raised on the HRIS
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where appropriate
• Ensure work processes are audit compliance

About you

• Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
• At least 10 years' experience in HR Operations & minimum 5 years in Payroll
• At least 5 years experience in people management/leadership role
• Able to review HR process changes
• Positive work attitude and good analytical skills
