HR Manager

Responsibility :

1. Overviews manage and deploy policy of HRM / HRD / GA and ER job including supervise the performance of team. (Experiences in Labor Union is advantage.)
2. Manage & review payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to ensure fairness and compliance (Payroll, Welfare & Employee Relations Management).
3. Management of the employee performance evaluation and performance management systems
4. Manage company training & development plan to align with Department of Skill Development (DSD) and company requirement.
5. Manage company activities and handle with labor union and relevant regulations (HR Law Management).
6. Manage company facility and workplace management to ensure efficiency, safety, occupational health, and legal compliance.
7. Assist and support Top Management into any final consideration related with employee issue.
8. Manage the compliance of employees according to the Code of Conduct from headquarter.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in field of Human Resources, Public Administration or General Management, or related.
2. At least 15 years of experience in HR / GA, from manufacturing is advantage. (at least 5 years as management which has proven record)
3. Deep knowledge of Labor Law and related law (PDPA, Personal Income Tax, SSO, etc.)
4. Required skill of presentation, negotiation, communication, multitask handle.
5. Good command in computer; Microsoft Excel (advance level), PowerPoint
6. Good command in English communication (TOEIC score at least 600 is preferrable)
