HR Manager

About the role

This is a Human Resources role focused on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee relations across different business units. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, oversee daily HR operations, and support managers and employees on HR policies and workplace issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across different business units and job levels, from sourcing to onboarding
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, plan recruitment priorities, and ensure positions are filled on time
• Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and improve recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates
• Manage and support the recruitment team, monitor hiring progress, and help resolve recruitment challenges
• Track recruitment performance, prepare hiring reports, and improve recruitment processes and tools
• Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, probation, employee records, transfers, and offboarding
• Ensure HR documents, employee information, and internal processes are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with Payroll and C&B teams on employee changes that affect salary and benefits
• Review and improve HR policies, workflows, and systems to support smooth HR operations
• Support managers and employees on HR policies, employee concerns, and workplace issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 5–7 years of HR experience, with a strong background in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
• Previous experience leading or supervising an HR or recruitment team is preferred
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and recruitment reporting
• Good understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and Thai labour laws
• Able to manage multiple hiring priorities and work closely with different business units
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Familiar with HRIS, ATS, or recruitment tracking tools
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, Technology, or Digital Marketing is a plus
