HR Manager

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi 110020

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and induction processes.

• Handle payroll coordination and HR operations.

• Improve employee communication and engagement.

• Support performance management initiatives.

• Build and strengthen HR policies and processes.

• Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

• Support hiring and talent management initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of HR experience.

• Strong understanding of payroll, attendance, HR operations, and employee

engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to conduct professional inductions and employee interactions.

• Process-oriented with strong ownership and execution abilities.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who can bring professionalism, structure, and strong employee engagement

practices while helping scale the HR function of a growing organization.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
