Role Overview:

Role & responsibilities :

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

* Drive onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives

* Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance

* Maintain HR policies, documentation, and employee records

* Act as a single point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling

* Support performance management and organizational development initiative
