Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to manage HR operations and employee administration at our corrugated box manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and manpower planning for factory operations.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Manage contract labour and coordinate with manpower agencies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Coordinate with production and management for manpower requirements.
• Monitor absenteeism, employee performance, and workforce discipline.
• Support factory administration and employee welfare activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; HR qualification preferred.
• Experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or factory operations.
• Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, attendance, and contract labour management.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage factory workers and handle day-to-day HR operations.
