HR Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
• Manage employee relations, attendance, leave administration, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and applicable government regulations.
• Supervise HR records management, personnel documentation, and employee 201 files.
• Develop and implement employee training, development, and performance management programs.
• Coordinate with department heads and management regarding manpower planning and organizational development.
• Monitor HR performance indicators and recommend improvements to HR processes.
• Ensure proper documentation, implementation, and continual improvement of HR-related processes under the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with document control, internal audits, corrective actions, and continual improvement is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
