HR Manager

• Recruitment and Staffing: Drafts job descriptions, posts openings, screens resumes, coordinates and conducts interviews, and manages new-hire orientation and paperwork
• Credentialing and Licensing Support: Track and verify state licenses, certifications, and continuing education credits for eye care providers to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Employee and Labor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff conflicts, conduct workplace investigations, and manage coaching, performance improvement plans, or disciplinary actions.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Track key metrics like employee turnover, hiring speed, absenteeism, and headcount.
• Dashboards & Visualization: Build clear scorecards and slide decks using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Python to brief leadership.
• Predictive & Strategic Insights: Analyze patterns to forecast staffing needs, spot retention risks, and measure program effectiveness.
• Payroll and Compensation Administration: Process or coordinate accurate payroll, review employee hours, track overtime and bonuses, and administer benefit programs (such as health insurance and retirement plans).
• Leave and Safety Management: Administer employee leaves (like medical or family leave), handle workers' compensation claims, and track return-to-work programs or occupational safety logs.
• Performance Management: Coordinate annual or rolling performance reviews for clinical and support teams, helping managers align staff efficiency with patient care goals.
• Policy and Compliance Enforcement: Maintain the employee handbook and monitor adherence to state and federal employment laws, healthcare labor standards, and internal safety protocols.
• HRIS and Record Keeping: Maintain confidential, accurate employee files and reporting dashboards via platforms.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
