HR Manager

Role-HR Manager Location-Nariman Point Salary-5lpa to 7.50lpa Shift: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) Alternate Saturdays off, with Sunday as a fixed off day. Both male and female candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing

  and offer management.

• Drive onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to ensure a smooth employee

  experience.

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and people practices aligned with

  organizational needs.

• Need recruitment experience into IT & Non IT hiring internal.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

• Partner with managers and founders on performance management, employee development

  and people-related initiatives.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and ensure timely completion of HR

  processes.

• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave and other HR operations.

• Support employees with HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

• Track and report key people metrics to support informed HR and business decisions.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company

  policies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations or related roles.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and employee engagement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives.

Preferred

• Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment.
• Experience in healthcare, healthtech or SaaS.
• Familiarity with HRMS and people analytics tools.
• Experience in building HR processes and policies from the ground up.
