HR Manager

• Manage employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with Employees' State Insurance and Employees' Provident Fund regulations.
• Register eligible employees under ESI and generate insurance numbers.
• Handle PF registration and generate UAN for employees.
• Process monthly payroll with accurate ESI & PF deductions.
• File monthly returns through Employees' State Insurance Corporation and Employees' Provident Fund Organisation portals.
• Ensure timely deposit of employer and employee contributions.
• Maintain statutory records and documents for audits and inspections.
• Assist employees with ESI claims, PF withdrawals, and transfers.
• Stay updated with labor laws and handle compliance-related queries.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
