HR Manager

About the Role

Frampton Management Consultants (FMC) is looking for a proactive and responsible HR Manager to join our HR Services and Client HR Operations team.

We are looking for someone with good communication, an ownership mindset and the ability to execute tasks independently. The ideal candidate should be willing to take responsibility, solve problems and ensure that assigned work is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for assigned clients.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Prepare job descriptions and coordinate manpower requirements.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave processes.
• Assist in developing HR policies, SOPs and employee handbooks.
• Support organisation structure development and define job roles and responsibilities.
• Assist in implementing employee KPIs, KRAs and performance review systems.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training and performance management activities.
• Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers and HR MIS reports.
• Communicate with client management and follow up on pending requirements.
• Identify HR-related problems and recommend practical solutions.
• Manage multiple client assignments and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field; MBA in HR is an advantage.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and documentation.
• Ability to interact professionally with business owners, managers and employees.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
