HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for leading human resources strategy, policy implementation, and operations in line with Thai labour law and global HR guidelines. This role encompasses compensation and benefits administration, end-to-end recruitment, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and HR compliance across all organisational levels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and implement HR policies, work regulations and the employee handbook in line with Thai labour law and global HR guidelines
• Support workforce planning in line with business needs
• Administer the salary structure and benefits framework, and manage compensation, incentives and bonuses
• Own end-to-end recruitment for all levels and functions, and run probation review processes
• Manage the full separation process, including resignations, terminations and severance in line with Thai labour law
• Run the KPI framework and annual appraisal cycle
• Support managers with goal setting and development plans, and manage underperformance cases
• Assess training needs annually and support career development and succession activities for key roles
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary cases and conflict resolution, and run employee engagement activities
• Ensure full compliance with Thai labour law, statutory obligations and KSB Group HR guidelines, and keep accurate, confidential, audit-ready HR records

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management or a related field
• At least 10 years in HR, including 2 years in a supervisory role
• Hands-on experience in compensation and people development
• Proven hands-on experience in running day-to-day HR operations
• Payroll experience is an advantage
• Background in manufacturing, engineering or industrial sectors strongly preferred
