HR Manager

Gomeco Metal Corporation is looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources & Admin Services Manager to lead HR initiatives and administrative operations while supporting the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Manage employee records, payroll administration, and HR data.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR matters and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
• Oversee office administration and facilities management.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR Manager or HR Business Partner role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and labor compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and project management.
• Relevant HR certification, such as CIPD, is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the VMOKraPiSPATRes framework is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Malinta, Valenzuela City.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
