HR Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting various aspects of daily operations, including but not limited and payroll processing. In addition, the Backend Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing HR administrative functions, recruitment, IT teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of backend processes.
• Supervise payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

2. Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage teams responsible for recruitment, IT and accounts functions coordination.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

3. HR Administrative Functions:

• Oversee general administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized office.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

4. Recruitment:

• Collaborate with HR to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Participate in the hiring process for key roles within the organization actively.

5. Information Technology:

• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the smooth functioning of technology systems.
• Implement and maintain security protocols for data protection.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
